Group Sessions

Group sessions are simply coaching sessions in a group of which the direction of the session is mostly driven and shaped by the needs of the group. These sessions are great for families, friends, colleagues, or any other group of like-minded people wanting to focus on, or explore their common issues. Whether the topic is work-life balance, relationships, finding your purpose, trust, getting and staying motivated, spirituality, or any of life’s other big questions, a group session is really all about coming together to share, connect, listen, learn, and support each other. It’s a safe and comfortable space in which we identify, discuss, and delve into key issues and concerns so as to gain insight and deepened awareness into our own thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours.

“Everyone you meet has something to teach you”

Group sessions have many wonderful benefits. Participants don’t only gain insights and perspective from me as the coach and facilitator, but also from each other. Group sessions open up communication within the group, improve relationships between participants as they share and get to know each other better, and participants can support each other and hold each other accountable long after the group session is over. Participants will also benefit from the session by developing and bettering skills such as good listening, learning to reflect, giving and receiving feedback, and more. Regardless of the subject of a group session, my intention is for you to experience a sense of oneness and connectedness, and for you to leave better than you came.
